How To Make A Delicate Beaded Snowflake Necklace

Did you ever wish to have a rhinestone snowflake pendant necklace when you were spending winders? Today’ tutorial will teach you how to make a delicate snowflake-shaped pendant necklace with rhinestones and seed beads.
Before we start, these following materials must be prepared:
14MM Dark Blue Glass Pointed Back Rhinestone Cabochons
2MM Round Glass Seed Beads
4MM Blue Bicone Glass Beads
2MM Round White Glass Seed Beads
Silver Cross Chain
Silver Jump Rings
0.2MM Clear Fishing Wire
Silver Lobster Claw Clasp
Side Cutting Pliers
Flat Nose Pliers
Scissor
Then let’s follow these steps to complete our beaded snowflake necklace.
Step 1: cut off a piece of clear fishing wire and slide 28 pieces of blue seed beads onto it. Cross one end of the wire through all these beads again to make a loop. Tie the two ends of the wire and cut off one end.
Step 2: use a needle to slide 5 pieces blue seed beads onto the wire and then cross the wire through the fourth bead on the loop to form a circle.
Step 3: imitate step 2 to slide more blue seed beads and form a pattern like the picture shows.
Step 4: make the wire cross through more beads until it crosses through one of the blue seed beads on top of the small circle.
Step 5: slide a blue seed bead onto the wire, then cross the wire through the next seed bead which is on top of the next small circle.
Step 6: repeat step 5 to fix other 5 blue seed beads onto the pattern and tie off the fishing wire to make it looks like a mini “bowl”.
Step 7: cross the wire through more beads until it crosses through one of the beads that are alongside the edge of the “bowl”.
Step 8: slide one white seed bead onto the wire and cross the wire through the next blue seed bead to fix the white seed bead on the first blue one.
Step 9: repeat step 8 to fix more white seed beads onto the pattern at intervals.
Step 10: attach a blue glass pointed back rhinestone cabochon onto the pattern.
Step 11: slide a white seed bead onto the wire and cross the wire through the next white seed bead to fix the new one between two white seed beads.
Step 12: repeat step 11 to fix more white seed beads onto the pattern.
Step 13: slide a blue seed bead onto the wire, then cross the wire through the second white seed bead on the loop to fix the blue one on top of the first white seed bead.
Step 14: use same means to fix more blue seed beads on top of the white seed beads loop.
Step 15: use same means to fix more white seed beads between the blue seed beads.
Step 16: slide one white seed bead onto the wire and cross the wire through the second and the next two beads along the loop to fix the white seed bead on top of the first blue seed bead.
Step 17: use same means to slide more white seed beads onto the pattern.
Step 18: cross the wire through more beads until it crosses through one of the blue seed beads that are on the bottom layer of the mini “bowl”. Slide 9 white seed beads, a blue glass bead and another white seed bead onto the wire.
Step 19: cross the wire back through the blue glass bead and slide other 9 white seed beads onto the wire. Cross the wire back the blue seed bead.
Step 20: cross the wire through two more blue seed beads and slide three white seed beads onto the wire. Cross the wire through the fourth beads on the first petal.
Step 21: slide 5 white seed beads, a blue glass bead and a white seed bead onto the wire. Cross the wire back through the blue glass bead and slide other 9 white seed beads onto the wire. Cross the wire back the blue seed bead.
Step 22: repeat step 20 and step 21 to make other 7 petals.
Step 23: cross the wire through more beads until it crosses through one of the white seed beads on the second layer from the bottom.
Step 24: Slide four white seed beads and a blue glass bead then another white seed bead onto the wire, then cross the wire back the blue glass bead and slide 4 white seed beads onto the wire. Cross the wire through next two white seed beads along the loop.
Step 25: repeat step 24 to form more small petals.
Step 26: attach a jump ring to the pattern and thread a chain through the jump ring.
Step 27: attach another jump ring to one end of the chain, and attach a lobster clasp to another end.
All jobs are done by now, and this is the final look of the beaded snowflake necklace:

Isn’t it breath-taking? Although it takes a bit of work, it’s all worthwhile. If you devote enough patience, it won’t be hard. Hope you like this winter jewelry------a beaded snowflake necklace, and enjoy this tutorial.
